How long does delivery take?
We promise delivery in up to 15 business days after payment, size confirmation and receipt of all required personalization files and information.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Worldwide shipping is free. Import duties, taxes and customs charges, when applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.
How does AI-assisted size validation work?
After purchase, our guided assistant collects your body measurements, checks possible inconsistencies and compares them with our finished-jacket size chart before production.
Is the online jacket fully made to measure?
No. The online service is made to order from an official Vainqueur finished-jacket size, confirmed by your selected sizing method or by AI-assisted validation. This keeps the process consistent, faster and suitable for ordering online.
What is Personal Fit Adjustment?
When the selected standard size needs a length correction, you may choose a paid adjustment to the jacket or sleeve length before production.
What happens if my measurements look inconsistent?
The AI flags unusual or conflicting measurements. Exceptional cases are sent for human review, and production starts only after the size is confirmed.
Where can I find the measurement guide?
The guided measurement instructions are inside the Atelier sizing flow. They show where to position the tape and distinguish body measurements from finished-jacket measurements.
Do the online Dressage jackets have functional pockets?
The online Dressage models follow a traditional clean silhouette and do not include functional pockets. Every online jacket includes only the options displayed for that model in the Atelier.
What happens if my jacket needs a fit adjustment?
Your size is confirmed before production. If the delivered jacket differs from the approved order, Vainqueur corrects it. You may also request prior approval within 7 days for one eligible first tailoring adjustment.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can submit a change or cancellation request from My Account during the first 24 hours after purchase. Our team reviews the request before production begins.
How should I care for my jacket?
Always follow the sewn-in care label because trims and applications may require specific treatment. Avoid bleach and excessive heat, air dry, and never iron directly over logos, crystals or other applications.
