What is the difference between an official size and 100% made to measure?
An official-size jacket uses the Vainqueur size range, with eligible length adjustments when selected. Made to measure uses an individual pattern created from measurements reviewed after purchase. Both choices are available for eligible individual orders in the Atelier.
Can an official-size jacket still fit well?
Yes. The free validator helps find the official size best suited to your body measurements, flags unusual values and the team reviews the choice before production. Eligible length adjustments and Fit Assurance provide additional support.
How does the free size validator work?
In the Atelier, enter your body measurements. The validator checks proportions, compares them with the finished-jacket chart and suggests an official Vainqueur size before checkout. Our team reviews the choice before production.
When do I provide measurements for made to measure?
After purchase. In My Account, schedule a guided video call or follow the self-measurement guide step by step. Our team checks the measurements before creating your individual pattern and starting production.
What happens if my jacket needs a fit adjustment?
Your size is confirmed before production. If the delivered jacket differs from the approved order, Vainqueur corrects it. You may also request prior approval within 7 days for one eligible first tailoring adjustment.
How long does delivery take?
We promise delivery in up to 15 business days after payment, size confirmation and receipt of all required personalization files and information.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Worldwide shipping is free. Import duties, taxes and customs charges, when applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.
What is Personal Fit Adjustment?
When the selected standard size needs a length correction, you may choose a paid adjustment to the jacket or sleeve length before production.
What happens if my measurements look inconsistent?
The validator flags unusual or conflicting measurements. Our team reviews every size before production.
Where can I find the measurement guide?
The guided measurement instructions are inside the Atelier sizing flow. They show where to position the tape and distinguish body measurements from finished-jacket measurements.
Do the online Dressage jackets have functional pockets?
The online Dressage models follow a traditional clean silhouette and do not include functional pockets. Every online jacket includes only the options displayed for that model in the Atelier.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can submit a change or cancellation request from My Account during the first 24 hours after purchase. Our team reviews the request before production begins.
How should I care for my jacket?
Always follow the sewn-in care label because trims and applications may require specific treatment. Avoid bleach and excessive heat, air dry, and never iron directly over logos, crystals or other applications.
